Our culture building activities are designed to strengthen ties and encourage a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. We host workshops, guest speaker sessions and social activities, enhancing our sense of unity and shared purpose. We hold monthly PreZence Weeks and All Staff Meetings at our global headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts to facilitate connection and transparency in a hybrid world. Our full-service office space is designed to foster a collaborative, productive and engaged working environment for our team.
